Our dedicated team provides high-quality dementia, nursing and short-term respite care.

Pinetum is a comfortable, purpose-built home in the grounds of the Countess of Chester Hospital. The skilled team provides nursing and respite care for older people, including those who are living with the early stages of dementia. They also offer specialist care for adults with complex care needs, such as brain and spinal injury. When your loved one joins Pinetum, the compassionate team will get to know them as an individual and create a personalised care and lifestyle plan to support them to live as independently and actively as possible. As well as having bright and well-furnished bedrooms, Pinetum has a choice of spacious and inviting lounges and dining rooms where residents can socialise, or simply spend some quiet time relaxing.

🐾 A Wonderful Dog Therapy Visit at Pinetum! 🐾
We had another lovely visit from our friends at Nationwide Dog Therapy. Our residents really enjoyed spending time with the wonderful Ned, who brought plenty of smiles, cuddles and joy to everyone. 🐶❤️
A huge thank you to Ned and Brenda for visiting us and making our day so special. We always look forward to seeing you both! 🥰🐾

Today we celebrate a very special member of the Pinetum family, Bev, who has retired after an incredible 32 years of dedication and commitment. ❤️
Bev has been such an important part of Pinetum and has touched the lives of so many residents, families and colleagues over the years. Her kindness, care and dedication will always be remembered. 🥰
We would like to thank Bev for everything she has given to Pinetum over the past 32 years and wish her a very happy and well-deserved retirement! 🥂🎉
