An amazing protocol and one that I use a lot with clients especially at this time of the year when allergies are prevalent.

Working the feet using the RLD techniques works the lymphatic system throughout the body and is also very effective in helping those that find their feet swell a lot in the heat. I love Reflexology lymph drainage 🩷🤍

World Sleep 💤 Day 2026 ‘ Sleep Well, Live Better’

💤Sleep is a critical pillar of health (like nutrition and physical activity) sleep is essential for physical and mental restoration, strengthening the immune system, improving brain function and regulating emotions.

💤Developing a good bedtime routine is a good starting point for a good nights sleep, avoid screens, enjoy a 30-60 minute wind-down time, ensure your bedroom is cool, dark and quiet.

💤There are some that will struggle to sleep even with a good bedtime routine, sometimes waking at the same time or several times throughout the night.
