Helping to sooth, calm and reduce inflammation, the treatment includes massage to the lower leg with cold marble stones. Leaving you rejuvenated and refreshed 😌

An amazing protocol and one that I use a lot with clients especially at this time of the year when allergies are prevalent.

Working the feet using the RLD techniques works the lymphatic system throughout the body and is also very effective in helping those that find their feet swell a lot in the heat. I love Reflexology lymph drainage 🩷🤍
