Today we’re so proud to celebrate our incredible Georgia, who was crowned our 6.30pm Group Woman of the Year 2026. 💖

This award isn’t just about weight loss – it’s about recognising the people who inspire those around them through their kindness, support, resilience and determination. Georgia truly embodies all of those qualities.

Over the past year, Georgia has faced more than her fair share of personal challenges, yet through it all she has shown remarkable strength, courage and grace. Even when life has tested her, she has continued to keep moving forward, proving just how resilient she really is.

Her fellow members saw that strength and were inspired by it. They nominated Georgia because she reminds us all that true success isn’t measured by the obstacles we face, but by the courage we show in overcoming them.

Last week we crowded Beth our Women of the Year in our 5pm group.

We’ve seen Beth on here before because she has literally climbed mountains to get where she is now , with over 13 stone gone already she’s been a constant presence in our group.
She offers support, advice, encouragement and she makes the best lasagne we’ve ever tasted 😂

Beth isn’t doing this for anyone but herself and I think you will agree she’s amazing 🤩

To be a little part of Beth’s journey is one of the biggest highlights for us at Danesmoor SlimmingWorld ❤️

Donna was crowned our Woman of the Year 2026 in our 10.30am group and what an emotional story and journey she is on .

Losing 3 stone already she’s enjoying being more confident with the children and has even started to have her photo taken with them again ❤️

Donna is such a fantastic support to our group sharing meal ideas and advice to get us through those tough times.

Donna🤩it’s an absolute privilege to be a tiny part of your transformation, keep going, keep growing in confidence and we will there cheering you on every step of the way 😘

Amanda is our very inspirational Woman of the Year 2026 in our 9am group.

Losing 4 stone and getting to her dream target 🎯 weight since retirement earlier this year.
An incredible achievement by such a lovely lady.

We’ve seen Amanda grow in confidence and embrace every part of the plan including getting more active 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️(we are all in awe of her)

Sometimes we think 13 weeks sounds like a long time… but imagine looking back at the end of October and being so glad you started today.

Every healthy choice, every planned meal, every walk, every weigh-in and every time you choose not to give up adds up.
