CRT offers domiciliary care service covering North East Derbyshire and Matlock. Established in 1985, we have ample experience and expertise in providing high-quality home care and support services to adults and older people. Our services include personal care, shopping, cleaning, social support and outings, medication support/administration and specialist services. Our care is delivered by highly

skilled and experienced carers who are recruited for their outlook and attitude to care. All staff are fully background checked and receive over the national average level of training including opportunities to undertake care related qualifications. Our ethos and values are good quality, person-centred and non-discriminatory care, all our clients are recognised as individuals. We encourage all our Managers, Care Coordinators and Carers to have empathy and to care for our clients in the way they would want their own parents or loved ones to be cared for. We are the largest provider of home care services in Derbyshire and we are recognised by both the local authority and the Care Quality Commission as providing high-quality services.

Residents at Waltham House Enjoyed Wirksworth Carnival 🎪💜

Our service users at Waltham House got the pleasure of enjoying Wilksworth Carnival right on their doorstep!

Thankfully the sun was shining, meaning it was the perfect day for everyone to come together and soak up the fantastic atmosphere.

We're pleased to say that both our service users and care staff had an amazing time and enjoyed the parade and music. We all truly felt a sense of community spirit, making it a special and memorable day for all!

REMINDER TO CHECK MEDICATION 💊

In the care sector we understand the importance of checking medication to ensure no mistakes are made. It's incredibly important to take your time with medication calls, whether your tending to a new service user or someone you've assisted before.

You should always check the following:
⭐ Is it the correct medicine?
⭐ Is it the correct dosage?
⭐ Is it in date?
⭐ Is it safe to take with other medication?
⭐ Has it been stored in an appropriate place?
⭐ Does the service user have enough stocked up?

While the cost of fuel is at an all time high, we'd like to share some tips for our drivers to help making their vehicle more fuel efficient:
