Got home from group absolutely STARVING… and tonight I wanted STODGE. 😍😂

So I raided the fridge and threw together the most gloriously comforting plate of Slimming World chips, leftover chicken breast, jalapeños 🌶️ and my Healthy Extra calcium choice of mozzarella. 🧀

Into the air fryer for 20 minutes and BOOM 💥 dinner was done!

And before the Speed Police 🚨🥦 arrive in my DMs… take the night off. 😂 There is literally NO speed on this plate apart from the jalapeños. 🌶️

Sometimes you just need a big plate of warm, carby, cheesy comfort food, absolutely SMOTHERED in salt and vinegar. 🤤🤤

Was it fancy? Nope.
Was it colourful? Absolutely not. 😂
Did it hit the spot? 100% YES! 🙌

So tonight, the Speed Police can put their whistles away and let me enjoy my chips in peace. 👮‍♀️😂

Bang Bang… and BANG on the taste! 🌶️🔥

Tried the Bang Bang Chicken from the Slimming World Iceland range tonight and WOW… absolutely blooming’ delicious! 😍

And because the recipe and ingredients are printed inside the outer carton, I couldn’t resist having a little kitchen recreation mission. 👩‍🍳

Result? 10/10. No notes. Would happily eat again. 😂

Served it with a big pile of Speed, and there was loads left over too — straight into the freezer for another day.

So basically… tasty dinner + batch cooking + freezer stash = WIN, WIN, WIN! 🙌

My freezer is now smug, and so am I. 😂❤️

Joy walked in to the Shirland group about 6ish weeks ago, yes Joy has been a member before but the difference now is that Joy is more focused than ever.
Joy has changed habits, made some excellent food swaps and she’s enjoying every
minute and every meal.

Yesterday I was so proud to hand this 1 stone award, the look/smile on her face was thanks enough.

🦆👑 WELL… THIS IS A DUCKING HONOUR! 👑🦆

A few weeks ago, we introduced our Determination Ducks in group to help keep everyone focused, motivated and on point through the summer holidays. 🦆💪

Well, one of my lovely ladies — actually, one of my lovely couples — headed off on holiday to the East Coast and came back with THIS little beauty… 👑🦆

And apparently… SHE’S FOR ME! 😍

I mean, LOOK AT HER! A gorgeous big rubber duck with her very own crown. 👑 She’s absolutely fabulous, and I feel very honoured — and slightly emotionally attached already! 😂

Apparently, she’s now the Queen of Determination Ducks, and quite frankly, I think she deserves her position.

She’ll be sitting proudly on top of all my food from now on, keeping a beady little eye on everything I eat. 👀😂

Because nothing says “Are you sure you need that?” quite like a crowned rubber duck judging you from the top of your dinner. 🤣🦆

Thank you so, so much, you absolute pair of lovelies. ❤️ What a gorgeous, thoughtful and completely quackers present!

People often ask me what I love most about being a Slimming World Consultant ❤️.

Honestly... it's seeing people realise they're capable of so much more than they ever believed.

Every week I get to celebrate members achieving goals they never thought possible, watch confidence grow and see friendships form that last long after target is reached.

Of course, I also love the flexibility of running my own business and working around my life, but knowing I've helped someone change the way they feel about themselves is the biggest reward of all ❤️. If you've ever wondered what it's like to become a Consultant, I'd be happy to have a chat 😊.
