At One to One Support Services, we understand that every person is unique, which is why every care and support package is tailored to each individual's goals, needs, preferences, and aspirations. Whether you require support with personal care, community access and attending appointments, wellbeing support, developing life skills, building confidence and independence, or achieving personal milestones, our dedicated team is here to help you every step of the way.

We provide bespoke, person-centred support across a wide range of services, including children and families, older persons, mental health, nursing care, disability support, and communication support, including British Sign Language (BSL) services. From a few hours of support to more complex care, we work closely with individuals and their families to deliver flexible, compassionate support that is tailored to what matters most—helping every person live as independently, confidently, and comfortably as possible.

We’re Hiring – BSL Support Workers🌟
At One to One Support Services, we believe communication, inclusion, and compassionate care make a real difference. As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for caring and dedicated Support Workers, including those with BSL skills or experience, to join us.
💙 BSL Recruitment Bonus – £250 (T&Cs apply)
💷 £100 paid with your first payslip
💷 £150 after completing 3 months employment
✔ Based on a minimum of 20 hours per week
💰 Extra Hours Reward
Work over 44 hours per week and receive an additional £1.00 per hour for every extra hour worked.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
🧩 BSL Level 1, 2, 3 or practical signing experience
🧩 Experience supporting deaf or hard of hearing individuals (desirable)
🧩 Strong communication and organisational skills
🧩 A compassionate approach and understanding of safeguarding
🧩 A passion for making a difference in people’s lives
