Coffee, Cake & Create will be joining the Community Supper Club at Grassmoor Community Centre on the 26th June 5pm-7pm 🙂

I'll have colouring activities available for both children and adults

✨ EXCITING NEWS ✨

FLOW AND COLOUR IS BACK

After the success of our first event earlier this month, we’ve decided to bring Flow & Colour back for two more sessions this summer 😃

Flow & Colour is a collaboration of a movement meditation hula hoop workshop, followed by a mindful colouring session 💚

A chance to switch off, move your body, get creative, and enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, this is a supportive space to breathe, and just be you 🙂

We already have interest in both upcoming events and hope to see some of you there 🙂

Yesterday’s Coffee, Cake, Create session 🙂

Thank you to the lovely people who came along 😊 It was lovely to sit together, have a good chat and spend some time in a calm, welcoming space with no pressure or expectations.

just a chance to breathe, relax and be yourself.

I’ve got a few things coming up over the next few months that I’m hoping will help Coffee, Cake, Create reach more people and continue to grow and blossom 😁
