Clouds have arrived but it's not cold. It may even rain a bit today and reduce the dust load in the air!!

Good morning from The Squadron!

It's Cowes Week and my small yacht is 3rd in class overall. Doing well with an 83yo C'apn and the middle man, David. I do the bow.

Respectable series of 2, 3, 4, 6, 7. We can have one discard.

Glorious sailing so far with a surprisingly misty/foggy day yesterday and very few bruises!

Anyway, it is Cowes Week - so its hollibobs time, and to work on the bruises plus the tan! So no clinic until the 10th August, and that week will also be restricted as I am on Auntie duty too!
