I've made some changes to my treatment menu. 🌿

It's how I've worked for a while really, but the menu now lays it out a bit more clearly, so it should be easier to find and book what you're after.

Everything's based around what you come in with. Whether that's a desk job leaving you tight across the neck and shoulders, recovery from training, a specific injury, or just needing to switch off for a bit. Each treatment uses a mix of what works best for it, whether that's massage, cupping, red light, the Ache Away heated scraper or some assisted stretching.

There's also a little something new added to one of the treatments. 👀

The link in my bio will take you to booking. And if you're not sure what to go for, just drop me a message.

This client is a competitive powerlifter, currently preparing for competition with the BDFPA.

He comes in monthly to stay on top of ongoing back pain (linked to a shortened femur), maintain tissue quality, and offset the effects of long hours sitting for work.

Sessions are targeted, progressive, and built around his training, not just a one-off fix.

In this session we combined massage, cupping, red light therapy and assisted stretching, all within the same treatment time.
I charge by time, not by add-ons, so clients can benefit from a range of techniques without the cost increasing.

But beyond the obvious physical work, massage also supports:

• Reduced cortisol levels (stress response)
• Improved recovery between training sessions
• Better sleep quality
• Increased circulation and tissue oxygenation
• Nervous system down-regulation (helping avoid overtraining)

All of which matter just as much when you're heading into competition.

Most people only book when something starts hurting.

By that point, it’s already built up over weeks (sometimes months).

Massage isn’t just for when you’re in pain, its what keeps your body from getting there in the first place.

A few spaces left next week. Book via link or message me 💆‍♀️

Cupping creates a controlled suction that lifts the tissue, increases circulation and helps muscles relax.

I always go at your pace and adjust it to your comfort, most people tolerate it really well.

Available as a standalone treatment or added into your massage at no extra cost.

We all wish one massage could fix everything… ✨
Like a magical “undo button” for months (or years!) of tension.

And yes, one treatment can absolutely ease pain, release tight muscles and help your body relax.

But lasting change comes from consistency 🤍

Your muscles and fascia adapt over time.
When tension builds, the nervous system learns that tight, guarded state and it doesn’t switch off overnight.

Massage helps:

✨ increase blood flow
✨ reduce muscle tone & trigger point activity
✨ calm the nervous system
✨ improve mobility & tissue elasticity

But real, lasting relief happens when the body receives this input regularly.

Think of massage like going to the gym…
one session feels great, but it’s the regular visits that create real change.

✨ Regular care = less pain, better movement, deeper relaxation.

Your body works hard for you every day, it deserves more than a one-off fix.

A deeper kind of reset ✨

My Deep / Full Body Reset is a longer, unhurried treatment designed to help your body properly switch off and let go.

It combines a full body massage using heated oils, optional heat therapy and assisted stretching to support mobility, ease stiffness and calm the nervous system.

Perfect if you’re feeling tense across multiple areas, run down, or craving more time than a standard session allows.

Hello

If you sit for long periods, desk work, driving or working from home, your body often adapts in predictable ways.

Muscles like the hip flexors and chest (pecs) can tighten and shorten, while the neck, shoulders and upper back end up working harder to hold you there. Over time this can show up as stiffness, back ache, tight hips, sore shoulders and that slightly hunched feeling by the end of the day.

The Desk Worker Reset is a focused 70 minute session designed around this. I target areas where tension builds up with massage, stretch the muscles that commonly shorten with sitting (including hips and chest), and finish with red light to help everything settle.

It’s not a full body massage and it’s not about heavy pressure, just a practical reset to help your body feel more balanced and comfortable. I’ll also give you a few simple stretches and posture cues to take away, so the benefits don’t disappear as soon as you’re back at your desk.

Consistency, small changes and regular movement are what make the biggest difference over time.

You can book via the link in my profile or send me a message if you’d rather.

Today’s sessions were a reminder that recovery doesn’t look the same for every body.

One full body Swedish massage using firm, steady pressure, combined with assisted stretching to help muscles soften, lengthen and reset.

Another session focused on lower back and hip pain, working through massage, cupping and assisted stretching to improve mobility and reduce tension patterns that build up around the hips and spine.

Hands on work paired with slow, supported movement helps the body feel safe enough to let go of tension

Gentle pressure, rhythmic touch and stretching stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, the part responsible for rest, repair and recovery. Heart rate and blood pressure can drop, cortisol levels reduce, and muscles are able to release protective tension.

Cupping helps increase local circulation and tissue glide, while assisted stretching supports joint mobility and gives the nervous system a sense of safety through movement.

Whether it’s full body relaxation or targeted work for pain and restriction, the goal is the same. Helping the body unwind so it can do what it’s designed to do, restore balance.

Sometimes progress isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about letting the system settle first.
