🌺☀️ WHAT A WAY TO END THE SUMMER! 🌴🍹
On Saturday 22nd August, our beautiful garden came alive for our Hawaiian BBQ Bash! 🌺
It was wonderful to see our residents, staff, relatives and members of our local community come together for an afternoon of fun, laughter and fundraising — all in support of Jerry Bradley, the son-in-law of one of our residents.
Jerry is taking on the Dorset Doddle in support of the Dorset Blind Association, and we were delighted to help him along the way. 💙
With a fantastic tombola, raffle, delicious BBQ and our very own Tiki Bar serving refreshing mocktails, there was something for everyone! 🍔🍹🎟️
Thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone who joined us, we proudly raised £130, which has now been donated to Jerry to support his fundraising challenge. 🎉👏
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who attended, donated, volunteered and helped make our final summer event such a success. Your support truly makes a difference! 💛
🌴 Good food. Great company. Fantastic memories. And an even better cause! 🌺

Even though the rain came down yesterday morning, the staff and residents at Fairfield weren’t going to let it stop them from enjoying their beautiful garden. As soon as the sun came out, we took the opportunity to get outside and enjoy the fresh air, with the wonderful Paul Jones providing the music. Everyone had a fantastic time relaxing in the garden, listening to the music and making the most of the sunshine.

🌸 Creativity in Bloom! 🌸

What a beautiful and creative time our residents have had getting involved in flower arranging! 💐

With plenty of colour, creativity and a little bit of imagination, our residents enjoyed choosing flowers, arranging them and creating some truly beautiful decorations for our home. 🌷🌿

It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved, sharing ideas and taking such pride in their finished arrangements. Activities like these are not only a lovely way to brighten our surroundings, but also a great opportunity to enjoy time together, express creativity and make special memories. ❤️
