If you are pregnant, live in Calne or one of the surrounding towns or villages, and are at all interested in antenatal education, antenatal groups, TENS hire, birth pool hire, reflexology, pregnancy yoga, maternity/nursing bra fitting, osteopathy, maternity and/or newborn photoshoots, birth support, support in the immediate postnatal period (including with feeding), carrying your newborn in a sling, or even if you just want to meet other local expectant parents, then this free event is for you.

Yeah 😍👣 finished all my case studies and I am now TCM 5 Elements Reflexology trained.

Adding TCM acupressure points and 5 Elements to my reflexology treatments is another fantastic treatment and adds a whole new dimension to reflexology 👣

Just home from Roz Chandler Fitness Wellness and Fitness day at Bowood

Meet some lovely people and my biggest talk to date on the Benefits of Reflexology - Relax,Restore,Rebalance - very nervous to begin with but it's good to push yourself out of your comfort zone 😊 and I am talking about my favourite subject 😍

Loved all the stalls and areobic sessions, especially with Feel Good Aerobics and Amber Shades of Amber-Art, Jewellery and Gifts

Now having a well earned cup of tea 🍵 😉

Busy week with fertilty, maternity, lymphatic drainage and my lovely regular clients 💕

I'm also practising my reflexology speech for Sunday's Fitness and Wellness Day at Bowood - Relax Restore Rebalance - Reflexology for you 👣

I've finished my 5 Elements TCM course and it's going down fabulously with my clients and blends perfectly with traditional reflexology
