What a fabulous achievement by the Princess of Wales 💪
Interestingly, the final paragraph of the article says:

It's absolutely brilliant that she is highlighting holistic therapies to support alongside any clinical treatment
This is one reason why I love reflexology so much - to support whilst going through whatever challenge life may throw at you and one of the reasons I'm so passionate about holistic therapies and its benefits 👣💕👣
Princess Catherine completed the Three Peaks challenge - and several family members were there to greet her at the finish. ❤️
The princess conquered the three biggest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity which she says is “very dear” to her.
She then took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message.
“Lots of people have asked me why I am doing this challenge and partly it’s personal," she explained.
I’m so grateful to be here, to be strong enough to walk these hills.
"But, more importantly, it’s to give something back and acknowledge really, all of the incredible work going on up and down this country.”
And greeting her at the finish line were her husband, three children, parents and brother. 💕
The Princess completed the challenge within 24 hours with her family all waiting at the base of Mount Snowdon.
The challenge has over 23 miles of walking, 3,064m of vertical climbing and 462 miles of driving between the locations.
