Ever thought about what advice you’d give yourself on your deathbed? 🛏️
Not the polite stuff.
Not the socially acceptable stuff.
The honest stuff 💬 — the kind that cuts through fear, regret and “one day” thinking.
Imagine being tired… but at peace 😌
Knowing you really lived.
What would you tell the current you?

⚰️ Life isn’t about arriving safely at the grave in a well-preserved body
🚀 It’s about skidding in sideways, worn out, used up, and saying:
“Wow… what a ride.”

✔️ Don’t be afraid of mistakes — that’s how we learn
😉 We have a right to be an idiot… we shouldn’t abuse the privilege
❤️ We must love the people who deserve it,
🚫 and stop worrying about the ones who don’t
🫀🦵 We need to look after our heart and our knees
🧘♂️ It’s OK to put ourselves first sometimes
😂 Me need to make time to laugh often, and
🎉 Prioritise and have fun

🎯 These beliefs underpin why I do what I do.
🇬🇧 There are only around 450 qualified mental health and exercise coaches in the UK — and I'm proud to be one of them.
I've spent years helping people improve both their physical and mental wellbeing.
What I've learned is that most people don't need fixing.
They need permission to believe they're already capable of more than they realise.
🧠💪 I’m not a people whisperer — just someone who works with empathy and honesty to improve physical and mental fitness together.

💪🧠 Because exercise isn’t about changing who we are.
It’s about looking after who we are.
