☀️ June Exercise Challenge: Shoulder Up & Down ☀️
Summer is a great time to relax the shoulders and release built-up tension 🌼😌

✨ Your Goal:
Gently raise and lower twice a day to ease stiffness and improve mobility.

💡 Tip: Sit comfortably with your back supported. Movements should be slow and gentle – no forcing. Stop if there’s any pain.

➡️ This simple movement supports posture and helps reduce neck and shoulder tension.

It’s time to celebrate more of our incredible GEM (Going the Extra Mile) Award winners! 🏆

We want to say a huge thank you to Gemma for her wonderful work with one of our clients who wanted to learn new cooking skills. By sharing delicious recipes and patiently supporting them in the kitchen, Gemma has helped her client develop vital life skills and regain a sense of independence. There’s nothing quite like the joy of a home-cooked meal! 🍳🥗

We are also highlighting Trinity, who has made such a fantastic impression. The feedback from our clients has been absolutely lovely, and it’s clear that Trinity’s care and personality are making a real impact on their daily lives.
