Today I am using rose quartz under my eyes - cooling, soothing and calming.

You don't need an hour but a few minutes just for you.

If you are busy mum who is always looking after everyone else, this is a reminder about "me time"

The routine

✨Cleanse your face
✨Apply facial toner (optional)
✨Drink a few sips of water before you start
✨Apply facial oil
✨Take 3 deep breaths

My version of work-life balance - last weekend wandering through the RHS Badminton Flower Show.

There's something so.grounding about being surrounded by that much beauty and colour.

It's a good reminder that "me time" doesn't have to be complicated - sometimes it's as simple as slowing down and noticing what's around you.

That's also my philosophy behind everything I do - helping busy women have a little space just for themselves, even if it's only 10 minutes.
