🌿Busy harvesting seeds as well the usual plants. Marigold flowers are invaluable in my practice so I need to ensure good supply each year. So being prepared and planning ahead is important. The added bonus of the Milk Thistle self seeding in the garden. I won’t get much tincture from these but it all helps 🌿🌻

🌿Preparing Wild Nettle Spring Green Tonic 🌿 Fresh nettle tops, dandelion leaves, cleavers and plantain are chopped and covered in organic apple cider vinegar. This will extract the vitamins, minerals including iron and other amazing constituents which provide essential nutrients and cleanse the body of toxins which have built up over the winter. Once strained you can take a tablespoon a day or add it to your salads 😋. You can buy these from my market stall or direct from my clinic.

My friend gifted me this basket full of beautiful Rosemary. I will be infusing some in oil and the rest will be tinctured for use in my prescriptions🌻🌿

Gemmotherapy uses the buds and young shoots of plants - the embryonic tissue. The constituents are extracted in alcohol and vegetable glycerite and often used in drop doses due to their concentrated properties. I will use these for metabolic support as well as respiratory and rheumatic conditions.
