I have been trading 9 years now and I am so grateful to all my clients without you there wouldn’t be Campden Beauty.

Important notice due to intense heat this week.

When coming for waxing, self tan and massages please have a cool shower before to keep the body cool.

Don't walk to the salon because you will arrive with a sweaty body which makes doing these treatments more difficult.

Especially waxing the wax tends to stick on the hot skin.

When coming for a massage please be aware that skin on skin contact is going to create more heat during the treatment, my advice if it's just for relaxation, reschedule when it's cooler you will have a nicer experience. Only come if your in real pain and discomfort.

I have reschedule all Breathwork sessions.

Whoop whoop this lady has just ran her first 5k!!!

I didn't stop once and what I am discovery on this journey is that our minds quit on us before our body is ready to.

After an indulgent weekend of booze and not the healthiest of foods, I thought this run was going to he hard, but surprisely it wasn't.

My mindset was strong I didnt focus on the discomfort, time or distance I wanted to run 5k and I did 😀
