Meet the team Monday!

Say hello to Di, who has been a member of Team CCC for just over 9 years!

Di has a background in care for over 30 years and first joined the industry back in the late 80s doing domiciliary care in the evenings and weekends.

We asked Di what she enjoys most about working in care and she said "I find working in care and with the elderly and vulnerable very rewarding. It gives me a great feeling of warmth and job satisfaction that I have made a difference to someone's day. It is also so interesting to meet lots of different characters along the way and hearing stories of old!".

Outside of work, Di has a huge range of hobbies. She loves going to the theatre to watch shows and musicals. She is also a member of the Oxford Gospel Choir and loves to sing!

When she's not busy doing that, you'll find her out and about on walks exploring where those little lanes lead to - she has admitted she occasionally gets lost but thanks to What3Words, is able to text her daughter her location and ask her to come and pick her up and take her home!
