Wow, such fantastic feedback!

I was honoured to hold space yesterday for one of my regular beautiful souls for what can only be described as pure, decadence.. an hour of blissful nourishment and pampering, to leave the body, mind and soul feeling "euphoric" as my client kept repeating 🥰🥰 She was so relaxed at the end of the session, she actually couldn't talk for a bit 😅😅💗💗

What was this amazing experience?

A 30 minute Sonic Foot Ritual - the feet are immersed in soothing warm water, in my 19 inch Tibetan Standing Bowl, which is then played, producing healing tones and frequencies. It's like a foot spa, only better 😃😃
This is followed by a lower leg and foot rub with nourishing oil.

This was followed by 30 minutes languishing in a lnfrared Sauna Blanket - set to cosy - whilst receiving an Oriental Face Massage!
I'm overjoyed to say that this is as amazing as it sounds my lovelies. Not only is it highly relaxing and therapeutic, the combination of the foot treatment and Oriental Face Massage gives a full body treatment - as I work gently on your meridians and accupressure points, to help restore balance and wellbeing.

I was so happy to receive a lovely friend and fellow wild swimmer into my space today, for a beautiful Oriental Face Massage.
My lady came in feeling so wound up about, well, life in general and left floating out of the door, as this genuinely gentle treatment works on the body's meridians and the accupressure points of the shoulders, neck, face and head.

"I can't believe how much tension I was holding" she exclaimed at the end of her treatment. She also said she would recommend it to anyone 🥰🥰

I said both of my sound baths for June were fully booked. They usually are, so my brain made assumptions without actually checking my diary 😅😅

Anyhoo, it turns out I have one space available on each:

🌈 Thursday 18th - 7pm
🌈 Sunday 28th - 11am

£15 for an hour of blissful relaxation and release in a super comfy, cosy, reclining chair, followed by a home baked treat and a brew.
