Qigong is a traditional Chinese exercise which combines gentle movement, breath work and meditation to improve health and wellbeing.
This is a fun friendly class suitable for beginners, particularly anyone who wants to reduce stress or needs gentle exercise

If you would like to learn this beautiful and ancient dance form, keep your body supple and have fun, come along and join us at the Harmony Hub. Grab a cuppa and then get those hips moving.

7-9pm: Djembe Drumming Evening
We are delighted to be welcoming the awesome Rainbow Drumming Circle back to The Hub for another evening of Djembe Drumming.
This is a great opportunity to learn to play the Djembe and there are spare drums available for folks to borrow.
Or if you’re a more experienced Djembe player, come along and add your energy to the Circle.
The Rainbow Drummers are supportive, encouraging and certainly make drumming fun!
Cost is minimum donation £5 and there will be an interval with refreshments provided.
