Five years ago, we lit the fire in our first beach sauna without really knowing where it might lead.

Since then, we’ve welcomed thousands of people through our doors, shared countless conversations over the heat, watched friendships begin, celebrations unfold, and quiet moments become lifelong memories.

We’ve grown from one portable sauna on the beach into something far bigger than we ever imagined. From just the two of us running the show, to customers becoming teammates, shareholders, and lifelong friends. From one beach sauna to six saunas across four incredible locations.

But this has never really been about the saunas.

It’s always been about the people who fill them.

Every booking.
Every conversation.
Every sunrise.
Every cold dip.
Every moment of slowing down.

Thank you for being part of the last five years. Whether you’ve visited once or have been with us since the very beginning, you’ve helped shape what The Saltwater Sauna has become.

Hot or cold? 🔥❄️

It’s one of the questions we’re asked most often, and the answer isn’t as simple as ”always finish cold.”

If you’re heading into a busy day, a cold finish can leave you feeling alert and energised. If you’re winding down in the evening, finishing with heat and letting your body cool gradually may leave you feeling calmer and more relaxed.

The best approach? Pay attention to how you feel. Sauna is as much about listening to your body as it is about following a routine.

32°C outside - still about 50°C short of a proper sauna. 😏
