In May 2026, 283 patients completed a Friends and Family Test (FFT) at Wallingbrook.
Thank you again to all our patients who took the time to provide feedback, we have read all of your comments and will continuously try to improve your patient experience.
We have also acknowledged experiences that were rated poor and whilst the FFT is anonymous, please do get in contact so we can address your concerns.
