End of an era post ❤️

Its time to finally acknowledge what I’ve known and sensed for some time. Social media isn’t my place to hang out.

The more time passes, the more I realise this. My work has come to me in other ways, which of course makes sense - it’s the true nature of what I do.

I am very grateful to all who have shown support to the content I’ve shared over the years, but it’s time for Rainbow Healing Services to have an approach of “word of mouth”.

It's the natural order of life. Change, flow, new directions. For the past two years, I feel as though there has been an abundance of change. Some not always welcome, yet all we can do at times is embrace the flow.

Wellbeing Wednesday!

Surprise handbag items! I rarely sort through my handbag and consequently often forget I have this adorable little purse containing loyalty cards (I always forget I have those too).

Anyone else often find surprises lurking in their bag?

In terms of my Reiki, I’m regularly looking for new additions and things I can add to what I already offer. I’m trying to write more blog posts so watch for more of those appearing out of the bag soon.

In the meantime, I’m fully booked for appointments this week but feel free to DM if you would like to book in for week commencing 1 June. How is it almost June?

Wellbeing Wednesday!

Eyebright had a lovely new window this week and I’ve been enjoying the lovely light ☀️ though sure we would like to see a little more of the sun!

I’m now available for individual appointments on Wednesdays and weekends and also have some groups and workshops running on an ad hoc basis at weekends. Feel free to message if you would like to know more.

Following a conversation with a friend recently, I’ve been considering adding some new facets to my business. I’ve noticed I tend to use the tarot cards as more of a coaching tool which feels more beneficial in guiding people on the next phase of their journey.

I’ve had a lot of dietary changes in the past year which I’ve needed to make but it has made me consider adding a baking element to my business. I’ve always loved to bake and have noticed when out and about there are many people like myself who have intolerances which aren’t always catered for in food establishments.

I’d love to know your thoughts on gluten and dairy free bakes and whether this is something you might be interested in. Is it time for my business to add a different aspect of healing?

It’s been a while since I’ve done an introduction post so here goes:

I’m Amy from Rainbow Healing Services. A passion for Reiki and helping others. The former was ignited by doing a course and then deciding to continue my learning with the Karuna ®️ and Holy Fire modality of Reiki healing and teaching.

This method of healing and teaching has subtle differences to the traditional Usui Reiki. I was drawn to it as it’s more focused on the individual and their healing journey, and uses meditation as opposed to the attunements used in Usui. I also prefer the symbols which are taught as they feel more refined and seem to flow more easily.

Aside from focusing on my own healing and wellbeing which is of course crucial when helping others, I enjoy reading and walking. I am also a Mum of a beautiful boy who is four years old and full of energy.

Session availability going forwards will be on Wednesdays and weekends. I hope to see some of you soon, and feel free to DM to book in for Reiki or a crystal healing session

I’ve been a bit quiet on my social media lately. I often feel conflicted about it. My true authentic self would prefer to be spending my spare time reading or out in nature. Due to recent events, I’ve been prioritising my self care and have realised that I don’t need an excuse or reason to make this a priority - it just is!

I’m excited to be running my first Tarot workshop this weekend. I can also be quite flexible with appointment slots in the coming weeks so feel free to DM if you would like to book in for a Reiki or Crystal Healing session.
