About Us
Alastair is the founder of Cirencester Pilates and is a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal health. Alongside running Cirencester Pilates, he works as a physio at Dyer Street Clinic in Cirencester. Previously, he spent 8 years in the NHS across Gloucestershire.
Alastair is passionate about empowering people to take control of their health and wellbeing. He trained with the APPI and started teaching Pilates in 2018 in Stroud before moving to Cirencester.
If not in a clinic or Pilates studio, you can usually find Alastair playing or watching sport. He's an avid follower of Gloucester Rugby, is a keen traveller and enjoys spending as much time as possible by the sea!
