I've been noticing that I'm drawn to water and landscapes when I think about therapy, my philosophies and my own connection to calmness and wellbeing.

I noticed there isn't one path to healing.
Sometimes we need the stillness of a lake.
Sometimes we need the movement of the sea.
Sometimes we simply need to reconnect with the flow of the river.

🌿 Counselling is the lake.
A place to pause, reflect and understand yourself with compassion.

🌊 Hypnotherapy is the sea.
Exploring the deeper subconscious, creating lasting change from within.

💧 Reiki is the river.
Gentle life-force energy flowing from the source, restoring balance and helping you reconnect with yourself.

Different approaches.
Different experiences.
One purpose.
Helping you feel more like you.

At Cotswold Healing Therapies, every session is tailored to you. Sometimes one therapy is enough. Sometimes they complement each other beautifully.

Another beautiful morning with the female CEOs at The Modern Launch Club’s retreat. We moved, we breathed, we meditated, we tapped, we let go of tension, we let go of uncertainty, we claimed the power that is authentically ours. All while the sun rose behind the house.
I hope the ladies enjoy the rest of the retreat, it sounds like it’s been a powerful couple of days so far. I feel blessed to have been a part of it and I’m looking forward to working with Nikki and the team again in the future.

What a beautiful way to start my day! I was delighted to be invited to run an early morning energy and EFT workshop at this beautiful farmhouse near Stonehouse, Stroud. The Modern Launch Club are hosting an empowering luxury retreat for female CEOs and I can’t wait to get back there tomorrow to do it all again 💚

I’m blessed to live in such a beautiful, peaceful village, so it makes sense for my Reiki Academy to be here too.
Coates village hall is set in such tranquil surroundings that it is so easy to unwind here to learn all about Reiki energy.

✨ The Cotswold Healing Therapies Reiki Academy is now open for bookings! ✨

For years, clients have asked me whether I teach Reiki. Until now, the answer has always been “not yet.”

After 13 years of practising Reiki and completing my Reiki Master Teacher training earlier this year, I’m delighted to be opening the doors to the first Reiki training courses at Cotswold Healing Therapies.

💚 Reiki Level 2 – 24th & 25th October

My approach to Reiki is grounded, practical and supportive, creating a welcoming space for complete beginners, those seeking personal growth, and therapists wishing to expand their skills.

People often ask why I work with counselling, hypnotherapy, Reiki and EFT rather than focusing on just one approach. The answer is simple:

Because healing isn't one-dimensional.

Sometimes we need to talk. Sometimes we need to understand. Sometimes we need to regulate our nervous system. Sometimes we need to reconnect with ourselves in a deeper way.

Over the years, I realised that every modality I use is really serving the same purpose. Helping people move from surviving to healing. Helping them see that their experiences do not diminish their worth. Helping them recognise that their story, including the difficult chapters, has value.

That is why Kintsugi feels so important to me. Not as a therapy technique. But as a philosophy. A reminder that our scars are not proof that we are damaged.
They are evidence that we have lived, learned and healed.
