Your Week Ahead - Cards for the Collective ✨

This week’s cards have a depth and richness to them that is really beautiful.

The Knight of Cups, the King of Swords, the Queen of Cups. Heart, clarity, then wisdom. Feel it, face it honestly, then hold it with grace.

The Knight of Cups opens the week, armoured but graceful, holding that golden cup with such care as his horse moves through dark water. He’s feeling his way forward, led entirely by what the heart is asking. This week opens in the emotional world. Something is calling to you, it could be a longing, a feeling that has been quietly persistent and deserves your attention. What is your heart actually asking for right now?

Then the King of Swords arrives; grounded, direct, sword held steady. He takes whatever the Knight has brought to the surface and looks at it clearly and honestly. Feel it first, then face it. Is this feeling pointing at something real? What needs to be said, decided, or acted upon? Don’t avoid the honest answer this week.

Then the Queen of Cups closes the week; crowned, serene, blue lotus flowers blooming all around her…..an emotionally wise card. She doesn’t suppress what she feels, she holds it. With grace, with depth, with compassion for herself and others.

The Knight felt it.
The King faced it.
The Queen holds it with grace.

Practically speaking, this week is asking you to dig deeper for clarity - journal, if that’s your bag - get your thoughts and feelings down.

Seriously.

Get whatever is circling in your head and your heart out onto paper this week.

The Knight will help you access the feeling, the King will help you see it clearly on the page, and the Queen will help you hold it without judgement.

Even ten minutes.
Even messy.
Just write. 🌟

Another wonderful weekend with the brilliant Helen of the Academy of Sound Therapy. This weekend we were learning all about tuning forks and crystal singing bowls, including planetary ones 😱…….& i may well have fallen in love!

Helen had even created a layout depicting the planet placements for the Barbaults Basket, a major astrological planetary alignment that happened on Sunday.

Fascinating and the best time had!

✨Your week ahead - Cards for the collective ✨

The King of Swords, the Queen of Cups, the Knight of Wands. Mind, heart, then movement. Think it, feel it, then go.

The King of Swords opens the week and look at him.
Armoured, grounded, sword held with quiet authority. He’s not aggressive or combative, he’s clear. The King of Swords is the card of sharp, honest, uncluttered thinking. Of cutting through the noise and the confusion and the overthinking to find the truth underneath.

This week opens with an invitation to think clearly. Not coldly, but clearly, to be honest with yourself about something you may have been dancing around. The King of Swords doesn’t do avoidance and he doesn’t do half-truths. He looks at things directly, calls them what they are, and decides accordingly.

What do you already know, if you’re honest with yourself?

Then the Queen of Cups arrives and what a contrast she brings. Where the King of Swords is all clarity and intellect, she is pure emotional depth and intuition. Look at her in this image, crowned, serene, holding that glowing cup with such reverence, blue lotus flowers blooming at her feet. She is completely at home in the world of feeling.

The Queen of Cups doesn’t replace the King’s clarity, she completes it, because the best decisions we ever make aren’t purely logical or purely emotional. They’re both. They come from the place where what we know and what we feel are finally in alignment.

This week, after the King has helped you see clearly, let the Queen help you feel honestly. What does your heart actually say, when you get quiet enough to hear it?

Then the Knight of Wands closes the week and there it is again, that familiar fiery energy!
Full armour, blazing sunset, horse at full gallop across that desert landscape. Pure forward momentum. Pure fire. 🔥

After the clarity of the King and the emotional honesty of the Queen, the Knight of Wands arrives as the natural conclusion.

Move. Act. Back yourself!

The thinking has been done, the feeling has been felt, and now something is ready to be set in motion.

The Knight of Wands doesn’t wait for perfect conditions. He goes.

So this week;
⚡️get honest with your mind,
⚡️get honest with your heart,
and when the moment comes to move…

♥️ Trust both of them. 🌟

Can we talk about endings honestly for a moment?

Because I think we’ve been taught to resist them.
To hold on.
To keep trying,
keep pushing,
keep willing something back to life long after it’s quietly and clearly ready to finish.

Relationships. Careers. Versions of ourselves. Ways of thinking that served us once but don’t anymore. We grip them, not always because they’re still good for us, but because letting go feels like failure. Like giving up. Like something to be ashamed of.

The reality, so often, is that it isn’t any of those things.

In my experience, both personally and in the work I do with people, some of the most profound healing happens not when something new begins, but when something old is finally allowed to end. Properly. With honesty and without guilt.

Because here’s what I’ve noticed.

We don’t actually fear the ending itself.
We fear the space it leaves behind.
That strange, tender in-between place where the old thing has gone and the new thing hasn’t arrived yet.

But that space isn’t empty. It just feels that way.

Something is always present in the roots of a true ending. Something quiet and clean and new, waiting for enough light to grow. We just can’t always see it yet.

This is exactly where energy work - Reiki, crystal healing, a tarot reading that helps you see your situation more clearly - can be so quietly powerful.
Not to rush you through the ending or paper over it, but to help you move through it with more grace than you thought you had.

If you’re in the middle of an ending right now, you’re not failing. You’re healing.

And there’s a huge difference. 🌿

💎 ✨Crystals to Help You Move Forward 💎✨

Sometimes we need a little support to get out of our own way.

When we’re stuck in grief, heartbreak, or the kind of emotional heaviness that just won’t seem to shift, the idea of moving forward can feel almost impossible.
Not because we don’t want to, but because something in us needs a little help finding the direction.

This is where crystals can be quietly, surprisingly powerful.

Here are the ones I reach for most often when someone needs support in moving forward…

🩶 Smoky Quartz…..my first go-to for releasing what no longer serves. It works gently but consistently, helping to transmute heavy, stuck energy without forcing anything. If you’ve been carrying something for too long, Smoky Quartz helps you set it down.

💙 Labradorite…..the stone of transition. Beautiful, iridescent, full of quiet magic. Labradorite supports you through periods of change and uncertainty — particularly when you can see where you’ve been but can’t quite see where you’re going yet. It lights the way in the in-between.

🩵 Aquamarine…..cooling, clarifying, forward-moving energy. Like the Six of Swords this week, calm water after a storm. Aquamarine helps settle the emotional body so the mind can find its clarity again. It helps to bring emotional release

🧡 Citrine…..for when you need a gentle nudge back toward hope. Not forcing positivity, but softly reintroducing the possibility that things can and do get better. Warm, sunny, quietly optimistic.

As always, these aren’t one size fits all. Your energy is specific and what works beautifully for someone else may not be your match.

If you’d like some support finding what works for you, that’s exactly what a crystal healing session is for. 🌿

I want to talk about something that doesn’t get said enough about energy healing.

Not what it is - most people have a vague sense of that by now. But what it actually does for someone who is in the middle of something difficult.

Grieving. Transitioning. Carrying something heavy that hasn’t found its resolution yet.

Because it isn’t just for relaxation (though the relaxation is real and it matters enormously.)

It’s also for the times when life has asked something significant of you and your body, your energy, your nervous system is holding the weight of that in ways you might not even be fully aware of.

Grief lives in the body. Heartbreak lives in the body.
The stress of an ending that hasn’t quite ended yet…..
the exhaustion of a transition that’s taking longer than you thought it would….

All of it accumulates in the energy body in ways that talking alone doesn’t always reach.

This is where energy healing works in a way that genuinely surprises people.

Not by fixing anything or rushing anything; but by creating enough stillness, enough safety, enough space for the body to begin releasing what it’s been gripping.

Sometimes that looks like deep relaxation.
Sometimes emotions rise and pass gently.
Sometimes something shifts so quietly you only notice it in the days that follow…..a lightness, a clarity, a sense that something has moved.

A client described it to me once as feeling like she’d been handed something back that she didn’t realise she’d put down.

That’s it….That’s exactly it.

If you’re in a tender season right now and you’ve been wondering whether this kind of work might help, it very likely would.

Sessions available in person and online 🌿

✨Your Week Ahead - Cards for the Collective ✨

This week’s cards are all swords…..and I want you to sit with that for a moment before we dive in.

The Three of Swords, the Four of Swords, the Six of Swords. Heartbreak/Truth, rest, and then, movement toward calmer waters. There’s a profound compassion in this reading. It feels less like a challenge and more like an acknowledgement.

The Three of Swords opens the week; standing in the rain, clutching a red rose to her heart as the petals fall, three swords piercing the air around her. This is the card of grief, of heartbreak, of the kind of pain that sits right in the centre of your chest and won’t be reasoned with.

This card doesn’t arrive to frighten you. It arrives because some of you are carrying something tender right now;
a loss, a disappointment, a hurt that hasn’t fully been felt yet. The Three of Swords simply says, “it’s okay to feel it.”
You don’t have to be further along than you are. You don’t have to have made sense of it yet.

Then the Four of Swords arrives;seated, eyes closed, completely still. Four swords surrounding him and he’s utterly unbothered by any of them. After the pain of the Three, this card doesn’t ask you to fix anything or move forward yet. It asks you to rest. Deliberately, consciously, without guilt. This is not weakness……it’s wisdom.

Rest this week. Without apology.

Then the Six of Swords closes the reading and what a card to land on after those first two.
A boat moving across still water, away from stormy skies toward a calmer horizon.
The weight of what has happened coming along for the journey - not left behind, but no longer the whole landscape either.

The Six of Swords is transition.

Moving away from what has been painful toward something quieter and more peaceful.

Steadily, gently, with something guiding the way.

This week holds all three. The feeling, the rest, the gentle movement forward.

The boat knows where it’s going. 🌟
