Let's hear it for our Man of the Year 2026, Harry 🏆! After losing an amazing 14st 5.5lbs (91.4kg) – more than half his body weight 😱 – he’s completely transformed his life ❤️.

At 25st 6.5lbs (161.7kg), he found his weight affected every part of his life. As a letting agent, he'd sometimes drive to appointments that were just two minutes away on foot because the walk felt too much.

Since joining Slimming World, Harry has made lasting changes with the support of his Consultant and fellow members, including his mum Sarah 🥰. Now he's achieved things he never thought possible, like climbing Snowdon ⛰️.

Inspired in group yesterday I made cheesy french toast with balsamic tomatoes for brunch, quick cottage cheese with crisp bread for snack and sort of shakshuka, sort of ratatouille with herbs from the garden and courgettes (thanks Lyn and Bridget for your generous gifts)

Monday groups were absolutely smashing it! We gave out three 2st awards, two club 10 awards, 1 half a stone (achieved in 2 weeks time!!) and Aimee was over the moon achieving her GOAL
we celebrated non scale victories and shared ideas for another heat wave 🤩
