I love this idea about finding different ways to describe ourselves by being inspired and guided by nature 💚

"... instead of "emotionally unstable" we could say "she carries the spirit of the ocean"... instead of "introvert" we could say "she carries the spirit of the oak, she just likes to observe"...

This quote from Kirsty Gallagher reminds us that today's full moon and lunar eclipse is an invitation to let go and embrace new possibilities; to take the next step, even when the path seems unclear.

Hello everyone! As we shift into Autumn, this is an invitation to let go of who we think we should be and to become curious about who we really are.

This is what our series of workshops called "Essence" is all about.

Starting this Wednesday, you have an opportunity to work with the wisdom of the herd to gain insights and clarity and live a more harmonious life that's aligned with your values, not the expectations of others.

Come and join us for 90 minutes of fun, relaxation and reflection in a beautiful setting at Fosse Hill Farm, Coates.

Details in the flyer. If you would like to book or have any questions, contact Julie: [email protected]

Do you spend more time listening to your head or your heart?

Horses don’t care about your job title or your to-do list. They react to who you are in the exact moment. This makes them excellent teachers in self-awareness.

Our "Life Skills with Horses" course is a powerful way to understand challenges such as relationship problems, low self-esteem, lack of direction or stress.

Through observation, reflection and ground-based activities, you’ll learn to:

🕊️Lower anxiety and find calm
⛔️ Set healthy, clear boundaries
🙂Build self-confidence
💡Use creative thinking to solve problems
⚖️ Be a better leader
💪🏻Become more empowered

Curious about what insights the horses might have to offer you?

Who are you becoming?
12/08/2026

Who are you becoming?

Today is not just another New Moon.

The New Moon in Leo arrives with a Total Solar Eclipse, while the Perseid Meteor Shower reaches its peak beneath one of the darkest skies of the year. 🌑🔥✨

A darkened Sun. A New Moon. A sky raining stars.

Something is shifting.

Leo is often reduced to confidence, charisma and being seen. But its deepest symbolism is the heart. The part of you that creates, loves and expresses itself before asking whether anyone approves.

We all begin that way.

And then life teaches us which parts of ourselves earn love, belonging or safety, and which parts are better hidden. We adapt. We become who we think we need to be.

Until one day, we can no longer tell the difference between who we are and who we learned to be.

Perhaps that is the deeper invitation of this eclipse.

Not only:

What do you want to manifest?

But:

Who are you becoming?
What have you outgrown?
What part of you is ready to return?

And I love the thought of Father Sun and Grandmother Moon meeting in the sky today. For a brief moment, two forces that shape our days, nights, tides and rhythms come together, while the world beneath them is invited to become still.

In different Indigenous traditions, eclipses have been regarded as sacred times for stillness, prayer and reflection. Some traditions encourage staying inside rather than gathering to watch the eclipse: turning away from the spectacle outside and toward what is happening within.

I think there is something powerful in honoring that today.

Whether the eclipse is visible where you live or not, you don’t have to chase this moment.

Turn down the noise.
Go inward.
Listen.

Not every cosmic event needs to be watched.
Some are meant to be felt.

Something is ending.
Something is beginning.

And this is your rising. 🦁🌑🔥

Do you feel like you are running on autopilot?

When you are constantly meeting the demands and expectations of others, you can start to lose sight of your true self. It may be that your inner critic drowns out your authentic voice, so that you start believing you don’t matter or that you’re not enough.

Trauma, depression, divorce, stress, the empty nest, retirement… any major life event can result in you feeling lost and struggling to connect with the things that used to make you feel happy and fulfilled.

“Essence” is a 4-week series of Equine Assisted wellbeing, which offers you 8 steps to guide you back towards a more harmonious and open-hearted way of living . Working with the herd, you will be invited to take time to pause, reflect and rediscover who you really are.

🪞Grow in self-awareness
🧘🏼‍♀️ Attune to your intuition
🕊️ Find a sense of inner peace
⛔️ Have the confidence to set boundaries
☝🏻 Be clear about your intentions

No horse experience is required and there is no ridden work.

We offer you a safe and beautiful setting where you will be supported by two experienced faclitators. Group size is limited to allow for a more personalised experience.
The cost is £60 per session. Each session lasts for 90 minutes.

When? Beginning Wednesday 26 August at 10:00.
