✨ Glastonbury Tor — The Heart Chakra of the Earth 💚✨
Some places you visit with your body… and some places you are called to with your soul. 🌿✨
My recent visit to Glastonbury Tor was one of those experiences for me.
There was something about this place that I could feel before I could explain it.
As I stood on the Tor, surrounded by the ancient landscape, I felt a powerful energy moving through me. It was as though the land itself was holding a frequency — something ancient, sacred and deeply alive.
I closed my eyes, breathed deeply and allowed myself to simply receive.
And in that moment, I felt a profound sense of connection.
It was grounding, yet expansive.
Peaceful, yet incredibly powerful.
Almost as though something within me was awakening.
Glastonbury has long been regarded in spiritual traditions as a powerful energy centre of the Earth and is often described as the Heart Chakra of the Earth — a sacred place associated with love, healing, compassion and spiritual awakening. 💚
It is also believed to be a powerful meeting point of two major ley lines: the Michael Line and the Mary Line. The Michael Line is traditionally associated with masculine, solar energy, while the Mary Line represents feminine, nurturing, lunar energy. According to these traditions, these energies converge at Glastonbury Tor. ✨
And standing there, I could understand why so many people feel drawn to this sacred land.
I felt something shift within me.
It was not something I could see.
It was not something I could logically explain.
It was simply something I felt.
A deep inner stillness.
A feeling of being connected to something much greater than myself.
Almost as though the Earth was whispering:
“Be still. Listen. You are exactly where you need to be.” 💚
For a few precious moments, the outside world seemed to disappear.
There was just me, the land, the sky… and this extraordinary feeling of being held by something ancient and sacred.
✨ Perhaps this is why we are drawn to certain places.
Perhaps our souls recognise something before our minds do.
Perhaps sacred land carries memories, stories and frequencies that awaken something within us that has been waiting to be remembered.
I came to Glastonbury Tor expecting to experience a beautiful place.
I left feeling as though I had experienced something much deeper.
Something I will carry with me.
And perhaps that is the true magic of sacred places…
They don't always give us answers.
Sometimes, they simply open our hearts enough for us to hear our own soul. 💚✨
Have you ever stood somewhere and felt an energy you simply couldn't explain?
Have you ever felt that a place was calling you?
With love
