This 55-year-old patient underwent a deep plane facelift combined with upper & lower eyelid blepharoplasty.

She had noticed a gradual loss of definition in her lower face and neck over the past 2–3 years. The deep plane facelift comprehensively resuspended her facial and neck tissues—restoring contour in the lower face, refining the neckline, and enhancing cheek volume and shape.

The blepharoplasty procedure further rejuvenated her look by smoothing and refreshing the eyelid contours.

After two previous rhinoplasties elsewhere, she felt her nose remained too strong and lacked tip definition. Her goals were to refine the nasal tip and create a softer, more balanced side profile.
