I would like you to meet my amazing member Jan. Jan is a member of my 9.30pm group on a Monday at Trinity Methodist Church, Pier Ave.
Today she achieved her dream. Jan achieved her TARGET! She has lost a staggering 5 stone 10.5 lbs. What a difference!

Not a very flattering picture granted lol but my amazing members donated 60 bags for our Clothes Throw to raise money for Cancer Research.
