We recieved a powerful gong meditation this morning. Invoking the South Direction on the Peruvian Medicine Wheel.

Great Serpent; Sachamama really spiralled around us. Her fire energy burning away those heavy layers we've been wearing. Layers that no longer fit comfortably, are too heavy and stagnant, too tight for the rising vibrations of our mind, body, spirit complex.

At time's it felt intense; we felt a little bit vulnerable. But we stayed centred knowing we were held in a safe space. We trust in the process and welcome all the new space created. Expansion of self, consciousness and levelling up our vibration one rattle shake at a time 🧡

We thank Great Serpent and the fire for serving us today. We thank the layers of energy for the lessons that were learnt. We send this energy back home to be transformed into the highest of light frequencies. Urpichay 🕊

Meridian health is the key 🗝⚕️

Nervous system Meridian reset = immune health and hormone health

Fascia reset = stored trauma release and inflammation control

Hang on to your hats...we're entering the flower moon in Scorpio!

For 80% of us it's going to feel really rough. Like we're regressing back into the dark night. But stay grounded, be restful, meditate and endeavour to sit in the centre of all things. The tornado and debris will be swirling around you. Go to your breath, surrender to the shadow energies rising up.

Unhealed wounds, triggers, excess, temptation...will all fall away during the phase. Be patient, be trusting, wait until the peak is behind you a few days after the full moon. You'll start to feel better.

For the other 20%...enjoy flying high, just don't get stung by too much exuberance. Stay focused and stay humble.
