I am a fully qualified and insured Sports Therapist that provides injury management, diagnostics and treatment using a clinic located in Brightlingsea, Essex. I also offer sports massage for those suffering with aches and pains deriving from muscle tightness and stiffness. If you have any injuries, pains or other problems that need to get better then get in contact!
