We couldn’t wait, so we celebrated the New Year early today with a brilliant party! It was amazing to come together, share laughter, and welcome the New Year as one. Here’s to new beginnings, great memories, and an exciting year ahead! 🥳✨

What a beautiful day spent together today, filled with laughter, gratitude, and so much Christmas spirit 🎄❤️

Our amazing staff really brought the magic — from the smiles to the festive vibes, it made the day unforgettable ✨ Everyone enjoyed sitting down together to share a delicious Christmas dinner, creating memories we’ll cherish for a long time 🍽️🥂

And to top it all off, Santa Claus even made a surprise appearance! 🎅🎁 Bringing smiles, laughs, and that extra bit of Christmas magic to everyone 🎄✨

✨ This evening, lots of us from Kingsgate went to the Princes Theatre to watch Peter Pan 🧚‍♂️🎭. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed every moment! 🌟 We’re already looking forward to seeing another show soon 👏🎉.

📸 Unfortunately, we weren’t able to take many pictures due to the theatre’s policy, but the memories will stay with us! 💭💙 The snack bags were a lovely extra and made the experience even better 🍿

Christmas Party 2025 🎅🎶

What a truly wonderful day we’ve had here at Kingsgate! 💖
We were entertained by the amazing Katie, with lots of singing 🎤, dancing 💃🕺, laughter 😄 and festive cheer all around 🎄✨

To finish off the day, we had a very special visit from Frosty the Snowman ⛄❄️, who brought big smiles and handed out delicious chocolates 🍫 to everyone!

We have lots planned throughout December and we can’t wait to create special memories ❄️ — the newsletter is ready at the front desk 📍

At Kingsgate, we don’t just support our residents — we support their families too. Yesterday, we had the joy of celebrating a very special milestone: a wonderful lady’s 80th birthday!

Barbara, Mark and Michael’s mum, had never had a birthday party… until now. Michael, together with Vicky, arranged everything to make sure her first celebration was truly magical — and it was!

🇬🇧 Remembrance Day Celebration 🇬🇧

Today, we came together to honour those who fought and those who gave their lives for our freedom. Our indoor “street party” was filled with chatter, music, and best of all wonderful memories.

Staff dressed the part as we took a step back in time to the 1940s, creating a truly nostalgic atmosphere. On the menu: traditional meatloaf served with cabbage and boiled potatoes, followed by a delicious homemade cake to finish the meal perfectly.

A heartfelt day of remembrance, reflection, and community spirit. ❤️
