STRESS AND ANXIETY- how it affects our breathing, and the impact it has on our back, neck and shoulders:

One of the main symptoms of stress and anxiety is shallow breathing, which causes muscles in the neck and chest to assist in breathing, when they’re not designed to do so. In turn, these muscles become chronically tight, and put tension on the upper back, neck, jaw and head too.

Not only can I release those tight muscles, I can show you some simple breathing exercises which you can do at home.

She’s a level 5 qualified therapist with a wealth of knowledge to support you with your aches and pains.

Esma can assess your body, see what you need, and advise you on what to do to make things better.
