A LITTLE UPDATE FROM AMORE AESTHETICS β€οΈ
Long post so get a cuppa βππ«΅π½
A few of you may have noticed as of late that I am more strict with my payment system and other aspects of my role including consent forms.
I know consent forms can sometimes feel like βjust another form to fill inβ, but theyβre a really important part of your appointment at Amore Aesthetics.
Iβm strict about consent forms because your safety, wellbeing and informed consent always come first.
Before any treatment, I need to make sure I have the relevant information about you, understand any important medical considerations, and that you fully understand the treatment youβre choosing.
It also gives us the opportunity to discuss any questions, concerns or reasons why a treatment may not be suitable for you.
Please complete your consent form honestly and in full, before your appointment.
If anything changes between completing your form and attending, please let me know.
This isnβt about making things difficult β itβs about making sure I can provide your treatment responsibly, safely and to the highest professional standard.
Thank you for understanding why I take this part of your appointment so seriously.
Your safety will always be more important than rushing a treatment.
As my business continues to grow I am seeing more problems which I am trying to eliminate.
To continue providing the best possible experience for every client, Iβve introduced an updated Cancellation & Appointment Policy.
I completely understand that life happens, and genuine emergencies will always be considered with understanding.
However, as appointments are reserved exclusively for you, I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange.
Please take a moment to read through the updated policy in full before your next appointment.
Thank you, as always, for your continued support, understanding and respect for my time and small business.
