A few lovely moments from my Wednesday 🥰
This is a beautiful studio and a lovely group, who are all quite new to the Reformer, and we’ve had fun learning the fundamentals and trying something new.
I was invited to teach a yoga class at a retreat day at My Little Farm Spa, and it was so special. The ladies on the retreat commented how they’re going to remember sharing that experience forever and me too, girls, me too!
Always a pleasure to see my lovely client and her dog Percy who sits with us by her mat during the practice - very sweet 🐶
I think Anne Lammott’s books are going to be my new obsession. One thing I loved from the podcast was the reminder that we’ve not met all the people we are going to be friends with yet. Isn’t that a nice thought?
Looking forward to using a just teaspoon and then the rest of the jar living in my cupboard for the next few years (not the biggest fennel fan, but maybe this recipe will convert me) 🧈🥚
Not pictured: the huge cup of tea on the side 🫖☕️
A walk in the warmth - I feel so lucky to live near a farm that I can walk round to and see the sheep 🐑🌾
Gotta be done 🧹
Such a nice studio! I loved this class with Kristina - it’s always so fun to try some new movements, and I really got quite warm doing it 🥵💪 . Also this studio is perfect for being on the way to my…
BSTC - this was one of the first classes I ever taught when I qualified and I love that I still see so many of them each week ❤️
A relaxing end to a gorgeous and busy in the best kind of way Wednesday, going to bed feeling so grateful that I get to do what I do 🍜🚿📚🥱🛌
