🌟 Celebrating Asian Day at Holme House! 🌟
​Today, our wonderful residents and staff came together for a fantastic day celebrating Asian culture, flavors, and traditions! 🍛✨

​From a delicious feast featuring rich curries, crispy samosas, fragrant biryani, naan, and sweet rasmali, to vibrant music and beautiful traditional henna art, it’s been a day full of joy, laughter, and amazing new experiences and dancing! 🎶🎨

​A huge thank you to our amazing kitchen staff, as well as Naz and Rukhsar, for cooking up such an incredible meal for everyone, and to all who helped make this day so special for our residents. 🧑‍🍳❤️

🥞 Making Sweet Moments Happen! ✨
​At Holme House Care Home, it’s often the smallest conversations that lead to the biggest smiles. 💛
​During a cozy chat about meaningful mid-morning snacks, one of our lovely residents happened to mention just how much they adore pancakes. Hearing that, our incredible team didn't hesitate for a second to turn that little wish into a delicious reality!

​A massive shoutout to the dream team who made it all happen:
​👨‍🍳 The Kitchen Team for whipping up a fresh, fluffy stack,
​🤝 The Care Team for always tuning in to the little details that matter, and
​⭐ Ruqaiya and Petra for coordinating the extra magic!
​Seeing the smile on our resident's face as they enjoyed their customised treat made everyone's day. It really goes to show that person-centered care is all about listening and bringing those simple joys to life. 🍯🍓

Our wonderful hairdresser, Sarah, visited us at Holme House for a lovely pamper session! 💇‍♀️✨

There is nothing quite like a fresh haircut and a good chat to bring out the big smiles and brighten everyone's day.

Yesterday, we had a fantastic time celebrating Eleanor’s birthday here at Holme House! 🎉🎂
​With the lovely warm weather, everyone made the most of the sunshine with plenty of enjoyable outdoor time, smiles, and birthday treats in the garden. ☀️🌸
