Every time I post a treatment on either of my pages, i receive this 🙄

I challenge it each time, sometimes they apologise after they review it and sometimes they continue to 'no longer recommend me'

I never post pictures with syringes in my hand on my face_bystace_ and I never post nudes on this 😑 but after all, it is a page for massage and your not gonna see results if someone is fully clothed are you 😆

✨ Why don't I have loads of before and after photos from my surgery clients? ✨
One question I get asked a lot is why I don't have hundreds of post-op photos to share.
The simple answer is that surgery is a very personal journey, and many clients prefer to keep it private.
People choose not to have their photos shared for many reasons, including:
🤍 Wanting to keep their surgery confidential from friends, family, colleagues, or employers.
🤍 Feeling self-conscious about their body during the healing process.
🤍 Not wanting images of intimate areas shared online, even anonymously.
🤍 Protecting their privacy and digital footprint.
🤍 Simply wanting to focus on their recovery without being featured on social media.
As a post-operative therapist, my clients' comfort, dignity, and confidentiality will always come before content. While I love showcasing results where permission is given, I completely respect those who choose to keep their journey private.
The fact that you don't see every client on my social media doesn't mean they aren't there. In fact, I have many wonderful surgery clients who trust me with their recovery but prefer to stay behind the scenes.

I got myself back in the gym today after having 12 weeks off
I'm fully healed from surgery but still weighing a couple of pounds heavier than i want to be (I gained a stone for my surgery)
Its not swelling!!! Its a combination of easter eggs, excessive alcohol from numerous celebrations and co-op's finest mac and cheese which seems to have me in a chokehold at the minute 😋

My aim is not to be a skinny girl, I looked back at some pictures when I was sitting at 11st 7 and I honestly look awful- pictures attached 😅

I'm sitting at 12st 9 now and want to be around 12st 5ish so im aiming for 3-4 gyms sessions a week, more proteins and vegetables and less mac n cheese

I'm still doing 1 lymphatic drainage massage a week and will add in some Colombian wood therapy and maybe a few rf body sculpting sessions to get that Sn**ch back
