Leigh (sw_buff_essex on Instagram) has always had a passion for helping others. For years as teacher, she supported her students to achieve their goals. Now she’s swapping the schoolyard for scales and becoming a Slimming World Consultant ✨!

As a previous member, Leigh knows how Slimming World can change a life – as well as losing weight she gained confidence, happiness, friendships... and now a whole new role 🤗!

The brand new Slimming World Cheese Toastie Bites are coming SO SOON and I am already OBSESSED because I’ve had them from Slimming World Kitchen! 😍

Now I need to know… what are YOU going to do with them?!

Let's hear it for our Man of the Year 2026, Harry 🏆! After losing an amazing 14st 5.5lbs (91.4kg) – more than half his body weight 😱 – he’s completely transformed his life ❤️.

At 25st 6.5lbs (161.7kg), he found his weight affected every part of his life. As a letting agent, he'd sometimes drive to appointments that were just two minutes away on foot because the walk felt too much.

Since joining Slimming World, Harry has made lasting changes with the support of his Consultant and fellow members, including his mum Sarah 🥰. Now he's achieved things he never thought possible, like climbing Snowdon ⛰️.
