There's only 47 days until my birthday... this unfortunately also means there's only 47 days until I run the Tape2Tape Events cleethorpes half marathon!

I haven't run this far since the Great North Run back in 2018, which unfortunately ended with an injury. This time, I'm hoping to cross the finish line injury-free! 🤞

To help keep me motivated through all the training, I'm raising money for Immingham Dogs Home 🐶❤️ (please also check out the work they do to help dogs 🥺)

Did my longest run today towards my half marathon training 😅 ran 1.5k home too, just to get some extra distance in!

There's only 8 weeks to go, so safe to say I'm slightly spiralling with panic now as to how I'm going to run 21km 😂 but its all for a good cause so it'll be worth it at the end!

Although I didn't get into the London Marathon (absolutely gutted 😭), I do still have the Tape2Tape Events Coastal Half Marathon to look forward to in September… on my birthday, because why not?! 🎉🏃‍♀️
