Iโ€™m still working away at 31 weeks pregnant and Iโ€™m so grateful to be able to keep treating you all but donโ€™t want to add a cough or cold, or worse to the mix in my last few weeks at work and pregnancy.

As my pregnancy progresses, Iโ€™m coming to terms with the fact that my back canโ€™t quite withstand longer treatments, tougher ๐Ÿ˜‚ So, Iโ€™m making a little change to make things more manageable!

As if 1st September, Deep Tissue & Sports Massage will no longer be available as 60 minute sessions โ€” only 30 or 45 minutes.

If youโ€™re already booked in for an hour, donโ€™t worry! Your appointment is going ahead as planned ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
