Of Clun and formerly of the Isle of Wight, passed away peacefully after a short illness in Churchill House Care Home Ludlow on 9th June, 2026 aged 95 years.

Muriel a much loved Mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. A funeral service will take place at St. George's Church Clun, followed by an interment in the Churchyard on Monday 29th June, at 12.00 noon.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to St. George's Church or Dementia UK.

Of Bishop's Castle, formerly of Wentnor and Clee Hill, passed away peacefully, on the 31st May, surrounded by family and the loving staff at Hillcrest Manor, Minsterley, aged 91.

June, widow of the late Reverend Francis Carlos, was a much loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be sadly missed.

A funeral service will take place at St. Michael and All Angels Church Wentnor on Saturday 4th July, 2026 at 1.00 p.m., followed by a interment in the Churchyard.

Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to St. Michael and All Angels Church and Ghurkha Welfare Trust.

Passed away peacefully, in Kington Court, Nursing Home, after a long illness bravely borne, on 25th May, aged 56 years.

Helen a much loved wife of Howard will be sadly missed by all her loving family and many friends.

A funeral service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Tuesday 23rd June, 2026 at 1.15 p.m.

A new chapter begins.

Today marked a proud moment as Ian conducted his very first funeral service. Ian began his journey in the funeral profession as a 16-year-old school leaver, first assisting Graham before spending a short time at Aubrey Kirkham Funeral Directors.

After years pursuing other paths, he has now returned to the profession where it all began. Today was not only a personal milestone for Ian, but also a proud moment for our family-run business as he begins this new chapter supporting families with care, compassion, and dignity.

Of Bishops Castle, passed away peacefully in Hillcrest Manor Nursing Home, Minsterley, on 4th May 2026, aged 69 years.

Sue a much loved Mother, Mother in Law, Grandmother and Sister will be sadly missed by all her loving family and many friends.

Sue's wishes is to be buried at St. Michael and All Angels Church, Lydbury North, and this will be carried out on Tuesday 2nd June at 11.15 a.m., followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Bishop's Castle, Methodist Church, at 12.00 noon. The family have requested that all are invited to go to both events if they wish to.

Flowers welcome and donations if desired to Hillcrest Manor Comfort Fund.

Passed away peacefully on the 19th of April, 2026, aged 88 years. Mary, a much loved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and wife of the late Bill, will be sadly missed by all her loving family, friends and neighbours.

A funeral service will take place at St. George's Church, Clun, on Saturday, 16th May at 2.00 p.m., followed by an interment in the churchyard. Family flowers only, please, but donations, if desired, to Briarfields Comfort Fund and Clun Doctor' Surgery.

Chris or Bod as he was known, will be sadly missed by all his loving family, many friends and work mates.

A Funeral Service will take place at Shrewsbury Crematorium on Friday 24th April at 10.00 a.m., followed by a service of thanksgiving to celebrate Chris's life at St. George's Church, Clun at 1.30 p.m., where all will be most welcome.
