Yoga Place Abertawe is a dedicated Yoga Studio, located in the beautiful St. We take the traditional practices of Yoga and make them accessible to everyone, no matter age, experience or needs. We also offer a ranger of holistic and therapeutic treatments from our 3 Yoga Place Therapy Rooms including Remedial, Sports Injury, Swedish Aromatherapy & Pregnancy Massages and Reflexology, Hypnotherapy, C

ounselling for adults, children & young people, as well as CBT. Also enjoy Reike and Mindfulness. Our door is open to community events bringing the people of Clydach and surroundings areas together through local activities. Come join us on the Yoga mat for daily classes, weekend workshops, courses and events… in the practices of Hatha, Hatha Flow, Yoga for Beginners and Dynamic Yoga, Restorative, Yin and Yoga Nidra, and Pregnancy Yoga, Mum & Baby, Birth Preparation as well as Yoga for the whole Family, there is also Fab & Over 50 and Very Gentle Yoga classes. We also share some amazing workshops in Kundalini, Kirtan, Sound and Gong Bath and Mindfulness as well as Therapeutic Yoga. Basically, we have a class or workshop for everyone, no matter how old, how young, if you have never tried Yoga before or you are a more advanced student, we look forward to seeing you on the mat at Yoga Place Abertawe.
