All of our competent and professional home support workers, supervisors, co-ordinators and managers receive training - enabling them to perform their essential duties and responsibilities at the highest standard. We follow a rigorous recruitment process that includes vetting staff through the PVG Scheme for any previous criminal convictions and also referencing.

📍 East Dunbartonshire
⏰ 35 hours per week
💷 £30,000 pro rata, plus an additional on-call rate

Are you an experienced homecare professional who is ready to lead, support and inspire a local care team?

As a Care Team Lead, you will combine hands-on care with field-based supervision, quality monitoring and staff development.

Your role will include:
✅ Providing high-quality, person-centred care
✅ Becoming a consistent point of contact for your local team
✅ Supporting, mentoring and coaching Care Professionals
✅ Completing spot checks, observations and competency assessments
✅ Supporting appraisals and wellbeing discussions
✅ Assisting with Service User reviews and care documentation
✅ Promoting medication safety, compliance and best practice
✅ Responding to concerns and changes in care needs
✅ Working closely with your area’s Care Coordinator
✅ Participating in alternative weekends and a rotational on-call roster

You will need:
🔹 Previous experience within homecare or domiciliary care
🔹 Experience in a senior, supervisory or leadership role
🔹 A driving licence and access to your own vehicle
🔹 The appropriate qualification and SSSC registration at supervisory level
🔹 Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills
🔹 A genuine passion for supporting both staff and Service Users
