Im sooooo excited...

Ive built a buisness before, 4 kids myself..

Time, money & consistency was always a struggle...

Since teaming up with my soul Sister after both experiencing challenging path its like our lives have been lined up for this exact moment...

When purpose meets passion, the energy is unmatched, so contagious..

We have got each other's backs even when the other might be lacking creativity or energy especially at difficult stages in our cycles its like its just meant to be and my fu***ng soul is singing... even although I get checked for my swearing, I will tone it down a notch but I can't help myself...😂

I am so proud of myself, I never thought I would be in a position to help others..

Now im working on something so exciting that I know will change lives at a deep level and have lasting transformation...

I know as i am a walking testimonial 😂😂

Changing what you believe about yourself to be true is so powerful as we literally create our identity through what we believe to be true...

I used to believe that I was worthless, that people would genuinely be better off without me, my life was a train wreck...

To add to that I had 0 confidence, anxiety through the roof I couldnt go anywhere myself or make any phone calls..

I habe tried to build my buisness over the last few years and im not going to lie its so bloody hard, a house to run and home school my 4 kids 🙈🙈🙈

Being consistent, working on myself, being determined & never giving up has led me to this exact moment...

Buisness hasn't worked out the way i always wanted but the pieces are starting to fit together and we're creating something that is transformational and Im soooo bloody excited...more to come soon....

Sometimes we don't conciously know what we believe but its our beliefs that drive us...

In every thought, the way we act & the way we feel... its the driving force behind everything..

If you think about driving you do it all automatically as you are just used to changing the gears and braking ect on auto pilot, your mind works similarly, when you do something for a prolonged period of time then that becomes your automatic way of thinking or doing something....

Now imagine your core beliefs are shaping your reality and your daily choices are based on them...

So lets say something happened to you as s child and you learned that you are not worthy of love or happiness....

You grow up as this is your truth and it will affect all aspects of your life. You won't feel safe to feel love or happiness so subconscious to subconsciously revert back to old ways, habits, behaviours and sabotage subconsciously any chances of true happiness, love and joy as its so foreign to you...

This can be very frustrating and keep you stuck in loops for years....

Just like i did, I will start next week or I will stop smoking amd drinking on Monday..

Getting to the root cause can help make change faster to help change your beliefs..
