Grateful for the opportunity to spend yesterday observing and learning from the brilliant 🙏🏼

From consultations and ACL post-op care to reviewing MRIs and watching steroid injections for arthritic knees, it was incredibly valuable to gain insight into a more specialist side of the field.

It was great to see how much Mr Trikha emphasised the importance of exercise, rehabilitation, and therapies as integral parts of his overall management approach.

I’ve been rubbish on social media recently, so thought it would be a good time to re-introduce myself.

I’m Laura… a Chiropractor, musculoskeletal Sonographer and owner of Total Health Chiropractic.

I treat people of all ages, from pregnancy and newborn babies to geriatric patients - and everyone in between!

Helping people to get out of pain, reach their specific goals and above all, have a great quality of life is something I don’t take for granted. I really do love my job!
