Hi everyone! We hope you are enjoying your day. Just a reminder that we will be closed on Tuesday 4th August for a few weeks while Malisa takes a well-earned holiday. We are still taking bookings for the backend of August / September, however these are filling up quickly. Hi everyone. Unfortunately we are having quite a few no-shows again. We've had over 20 no-shows since May (5 this week) and even though we are taking deposits, people still aren't letting us know. We have a long reservation list but if people don't turn up without notice, we simply don't have enough time to fill the appointments. Even if people offer to book again, we are still an appointment down.

We have staff and bills to pay like everyone else and we have held back from increasing our deposits (and our prices) but if it continues then we will have to look at doing so.

Unfortunately if people don't turn up for their appointment, they will need to pay for the appointment that they have missed if they want to come back, regardless of how many times they have visited us in the past (barring exceptional circumstances). Sadly we have no choice due to the increase in our energy prices and running costs - we simply can't go on like this as it is seriously affecting our business. Thank you for taking the time to read 😔

Hi everyone! Today we are celebrating an amazing milestone - our little business has been open for 5 years today!

On 17th April 2021, immediately after the lockdown, we first opened our doors. While a lot has changed over the last 5 years, one thing has remained the same - the tireless hard work and dedication that Malisa has continued to put into the business. Thank you Malisa for everything you do. You are the hardest working person I know, and it is very much appreciated.

We would also like to thank our amazing customers. Your loyalty and continued support means the world to us, and we want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Finally, I want to wish Malisa a very Happy Birthday! I hope you have an amazing day, and I hope you enjoy the celebrations with your family over the weekend. You deserve it! 😊

Hi everyone. Sadly, despite our previous posts we are still getting a substantial amount of no-shows (3 in the last 2 days) so we have had no choice but to increase our deposit to £25. We have a lot of people on our reserve list, but unfortunately if people can't be bothered to text, or call us to cancel, we can't fill the appointment, and we lose a customer. We still have running costs and other bills to pay, and it is very upsetting that people think it is ok not to let us know. They probably think that it is 'just an appointment' but the no-shows are starting to add up (32 missed appointments in 3 months). All customers will need to pay for missed appointments prior to booking again with us. Thank you, and sorry for the post, but this is really starting to have an impact on us. Have a great weekend!

Hi everyone. We hope that you are all well. We have had a few messages regarding vouchers not being received in the post. We post all vouchers on the same day of purchase (Royal Mail 1st Class), but unfortunately we can't guarantee Royal Mail delivery times. We would advise people to collect vouchers from the shop from today, as any vouchers posted now are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Thank you 😊
