Hi everyone. Unfortunately we are having quite a few no-shows again. We've had over 20 no-shows since May (5 this week) and even though we are taking deposits, people still aren't letting us know. We have a long reservation list but if people don't turn up without notice, we simply don't have enough time to fill the appointments. Even if people offer to book again, we are still an appointment down.
We have staff and bills to pay like everyone else and we have held back from increasing our deposits (and our prices) but if it continues then we will have to look at doing so.
Unfortunately if people don't turn up for their appointment, they will need to pay for the appointment that they have missed if they want to come back, regardless of how many times they have visited us in the past (barring exceptional circumstances). Sadly we have no choice due to the increase in our energy prices and running costs - we simply can't go on like this as it is seriously affecting our business. Thank you for taking the time to read π
