The most gorgeous flowers from one of the schools I’ve been at for the past (6/7?) years 🥹 so grateful 🙏🏽 but also a bittersweet goodbye 👋🏼 things are ever shifting and flowing and that’s the beauty of it all I guess!
Grateful to this lovely school but also the schools that I see for a term a year or the mums that attend for a block of baby yoga, and everyone in-between 💖
Im off for the summer now (though you can catch me at yoga in the park ) so I’m going to sign off again to try and make the most of a peaceful summer… and a house move (yes it’s finally happening to all those who have listened to my rambles over the last year 🤣🙌🏽) I hope you all have a lovely summer too and see you soon 🌞💖

Children’s yoga is also available to book again now too.
Suitable from around 4 and up, we have a lovely mixed age range in class and it works really well with the older ones helping the younger ones and also the older ones being able to just be kids still in a world full of increasing seriousness.
Here we are practicing our bubble breathing, super simple and effective way to teach them to exhale slowly.
