The foundation of our service is a person-centred approach; treating each client with the utmost respect, dignity and compassion at all times whilst delivering the highest quality personal care. We strongly believe that to achieve maximum independence, quality of life and enablement, we must first allow our clients to choose the life they want to live. Our primary role is to advise and support their choices whilst ensuring their needs are being fulfilled. Each person is unique. There is no one-size-fits-all, which is why Hayward Community Care can tailor all of our services to meet the exact needs and requirements of each client. This way we can enable a life of personal choice that is as unique as the person themselves.

At Hayward Community Care, we're a family-run provider supporting people to live safely and independently in their own homes. We're expanding our team and are looking for caring, reliable people who want to make a real impact in their local community.

💷 £13.20 - £13.50 per hour
🚗 Paid travel time & mileage
📄 Permanent contracts with guaranteed hours – no zero-hour contracts
🎓 Full paid training provided – no experience necessary
🏆 Career progression & fully funded NVQ qualifications
❤️ Private healthcare, wellbeing support & counselling
🎉 Staff rewards, recognition and a genuinely supportive management team

Available shift patterns:
🕕 Early: 6:00am - 2:00pm
🌙 Late: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

✅ Our team works every other weekend, so you'll enjoy every other weekend off.

Whether you already work in care, have looked after a loved one, or are looking for a complete career change, we'd love to hear from you. If you're kind, compassionate and dependable, we'll give you all the training and support you need to succeed.

Essential requirements:
✔ Full UK Driving Licence
✔ Access to your own vehicle

Hayward Community Care is currently recruiting caring and compassionate individuals to join our Community Care team in the Cannock area.

🏡 About the Role

You'll be supporting adults within their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, achieve their personal goals and continue living the life they choose.

Whether it's assisting with personal care, preparing meals, administering medication, supporting people in the community or simply providing companionship, every day brings the opportunity to make a real difference.

💜 No experience? No NVQ? No problem!

At Hayward Community Care, we believe in developing our staff and creating a supportive team environment. Full training, induction and shadowing will be provided, giving you everything you need to succeed in your role.

We’re Hayward Community Care — a small, dedicated team of local carers who are truly passionate about what we do. Since opening our doors in May 2013, we’ve been proud to support people in our community to stay safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes 🏡

We know that inviting someone into your home for support is a big step. That’s why we don’t just “provide care” — we take the time to really get to know you. Your routines, your preferences, your story… because care should always feel personal, not rushed or clinical.

We can support with:
• Personal care
• Medication support & management
• Help with daily routines
• Getting out into the community
• Cleaning and household tasks
• Companionship — a friendly face and someone to talk to

We also accept local authority funding, helping make our support accessible to more people who need it.

What makes us different is simple — we genuinely care. We offer person-centred support, unhurried visits, and 24/7 support for complete peace of mind.
