I'm sorry but I'm going to postpone tonight's soundbath as I am not very well. I had hoped I might have been feeling better by now but it's not the case. I'm hoping that it can be moved to next Thursday, and I'll confirm this asap.

Due to the heat, tomorrow's soundbath at the Glasshouse College is cancelled. The next soundbath will be on the 23rd July. Hopefully it will be a little cooler then!

I’m so excited to be facilitating some free workshops at VanLife Festival at the West Midlands Showground, Shrewsbury in May. I'll be taking the drums, the bowls, the gongs, and the voice! If you are coming along, please visit the Wellbeing area and experience some lovely workshops, treatments and activities.
